In addition to ARRA highlights we discussed on our March issue of "Spectra Insight" the State of Utah has expanded the definition and eligibility requirements for mini-COBRA (groups under 20 employees). Effective April 1st there is also new regulations’ effecting Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) and the impact they have on you as an employer.
